fantastic resort experience

beautiful grounds diverse dining spacious pools

the pools are clean and spacious there is definitely something for everyone to do

the only downside was the occasional wait for buggies to travel around the expansive resort it would be beneficial to have more frequent transport options during peak times

the resort features multiple pools including a signature pool for suite guests there is also a splash park and a beach with water sports available catering to both relaxation and active pursuits

our suite included a huge comfortable bed for adults fold out beds for children in a separate living room two bathrooms and two balconies provided ample space and comfort for the whole family it was great

worn pool poor maintenance

I found the main pool area to be quite worn. It needs some updates, and the surrounding areas require better maintenance. I also think safety checks should be done more regularly. Someone in my group actually cut their foot on a loose tile near the pool. Customer service regarding this was disappointing, and a promised gesture of goodwill never materialized.
