My family and I had a delightful stay at JA Palm Tree Court, especially enjoying the peaceful surroundings away from the hustle of Dubai. The staff were attentive and added special touches for our stay. Although we encountered a few service hiccups, overall, it was a pleasant experience with amazing food options and great facilities for the kids.

Our stay was filled with memorable experiences, and the hotel staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel special during my birthday celebration. The amenities and dining options were excellent, although some aspects of check-in left a bit to be desired. Overall, it was a delightful experience, but a few operational improvements could elevate it to the next level.

We had a lovely holiday at this resort. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the location was absolutely stunning with beautiful views. However, the dining options were sometimes a bit limited and we felt that the bar service could use more staff. While the overall experience was delightful, a few tweaks would make it even better.
